• Items must be unused, with tags intact, and a video shared before sending back.
• Once received, we’ll do a quick quality check before processing the exchange.
• If the item doesn’t meet return conditions, it’ll be sent back (shipping to be covered by you).
• One exchange per order is allowed (unless the error is on our side).
• Store credit (valid for 10 months) is offered in place of refunds.
• You can exchange for a different item - we’ll adjust the balance if needed.
• If there’s an error from our side, we’ll cover all exchange/shipping costs.
