Exchange policy

At this moment, we do not offer returns or refunds. We only provide exchanges and store credit notes under specific conditions.

• To initiate an exchange, kindly email us at hyghbreed@gmail.com or you can call us at +91 878-0992330. While both options are available, emailing us ensures a smoother and more efficient exchange process.

• Exchanges will only be processed if the product is in pristine condition, exactly as it was sent to the customer.

• A clear video of the product must be shared for verification before initiating an exchange.

• The product must have all original tags intact while returning it for an exchange.

• Once the product reaches us, a quality check will be conducted. If it passes the check and is in its original condition, the exchange will be processed.

• If the product does not meet quality standards, it will be sent back to the customer. The customer must either pay for the return shipping or initiate a pickup from their end. We are not responsible for any additional charges associated with this.

• Exchanges are allowed only once per order. A second exchange is not permitted unless there is an error from our side or an urgent requirement, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

• If a customer no longer needs the product or does not wish to exchange it, we do not provide refunds. Instead, the paid amount will be converted into store credit valid for 10 months, which can be used for future purchases.

• We offer exchanges for size changes on the same product, subject to availability (standard shipping fee applies). If you wish to exchange for a different item, any price difference will either be payable by you (if the new item is more expensive) or issued as a credit note (if the new item is cheaper).

• For any size issues or other concerns, exchanges will be at the customer’s expense as per our policy.

• If there is an error or mistake from our side, we will cover the exchange costs entirely
after proper verification.
