SHIPPING POLICY

• Our standard delivery takes approximately 8 to 12 working days. However, if possible, your order might be shipped earlier.
• In case of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will keep you updated via email, WhatsApp, call, or text message.
• If your order includes multiple products, they may be shipped separately at different times, depending on availability. This means you may receive separate deliveries for the same order.
• Currently, we do not provide exchanges for international orders.

EXCHANGE POLICY
 
 
At this moment, we do not offer returns or refunds. We only provide exchanges and store credit under specific conditions.
• Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery. After this period, exchanges will not be accepted.
• To initiate an exchange, kindly email us at hyghbreed06@gmail.com or call us at [insert contact number]. While both options are available, emailing us ensures a smoother and more efficient exchange process.
• Valid reasons for exchange:
    1. Size Issue: If you need a different size in exchange for another.
    2.Incorrect Item Received: If you received the wrong product.
• Exchanges will only be processed if the product is in pristine condition, exactly as it was sent to the customer.
• A clear video of the product must be shared for verification before initiating an exchange.
• The product must have all original tags intact while returning it for an exchange.
• Once the product reaches us, a quality check will be conducted. If it passes the check and is in its original condition, the exchange will be processed.
• If the product does not meet quality standards, it will be sent back to the customer. The customer must either pay for the return shipping or initiate a pickup from their end. We are not responsible for any additional charges associated with this.
• Exchanges are allowed only once per order. A second exchange is not permitted unless there is an error from our side or an urgent requirement, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Customized products are not eligible for exchange. If customization is provided in rare cases, such items cannot be exchanged as they are custom-made for the customer.
• If an exchange is requested for a product that is out of stock, we will issue store credit that can be used for future purchases.
• If a pickup is scheduled for exchange and the delivery personnel have attempted all required pickups but the product remains undelivered, the customer will then be responsible for shipping the product back to us.
• The shipping and delivery charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer based on their location, which will be communicated during the exchange process.
• If there is an error or mistake from our side, we will cover the exchange costs entirely after proper verification.
 
Future Policy Updates

• Currently, we do not offer returns or refunds, but there may be changes in the future. If any updates are made, they will be reflected in our shipping and exchange policies without prior notice.

The company reserves the right to reject an exchange request if any of the above terms are not met.
